Sardar Muhammad Abdul Qayyum Khan (also ʻAbdulqayyūm K̲h̲ān‏, Urdu:سردار محمد عبدالقيوم) was a Kashmiri politician who also served as President and Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK). He remained President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference for over 20 years.

Sardar Abdul Qayyum was born on 4 April 1924 in Ghaziabad, District, Bagh (Poonch) then Part of Former State of Jammu & Kashmir.After completing his secondary education from a secondary school in Jammu]], he joined the Engineers Corps of the British Indian Army and served in African and Middle East.
